Quimpac enters the paper sector by acquiring the Paramonga Chemical-Paper Complex (ex W.A. Grace - Sociedad Paramonga LTDA) in 1997. At the end of 1998, the paper plant starts operations using bagasse as the main input.

At present, there are four product lines: writing paper, wrapping paper, sanitary paper and cardboard.

Likewise, Quimpac has a production capacity of 90,000 MT a year and an important vertical integration in the case of writing paper.
